  • Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if conditions differ once the project begins.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • We will schedule your project in advance and make every effort to begin and complete work on time.

  • The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area, including pets and personal belongings.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to schedule work. The balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any job.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us in writing within 7 days of job completion so we can address the issue.

  • Warranty details vary by service and materials used. We do not cover damage due to client misuse, third-party work, or acts of nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Triangle Home Repair and Paint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

  • Liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for those services.

7. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.

  • All content on this site is the property of Triangle Home Repair and Paint and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Photos & Testimonials

  • By working with us, you grant permission to take before-and-after photos of work performed, which may be used for marketing purposes.
